At Laboratoire de Bashashat, we take pride in crafting fragrances of the highest quality. If, for any reason, you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, our Refunds, Returns & Cancellations Policy ensures a transparent and risk-free shopping experience.
 

1. Risk-Free Trial

• Each full-size fragrance order (where applicable) includes a free sample vial of the same scent.

• You may try the sample before opening the sealed full-size product.

• If you decide the fragrance is not right for you, simply return the unopened full-size item.
   

2. Eligibility for Returns

You may return products within 7 days of delivery, provided that:

• The full-size product is unopened, unused, and in its original sealed packaging

• The return request is submitted within 7 days of receiving the order

• The item is not excluded under Section 3 (below)
   

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

• Arome des Bakhoor

• Discovery Sets

• 15 ml and 2 ml sizes

• Any product that has been opened or used
   

4. Return Process

1. Submit a return request by contacting us at 📧 care@bashashat.com

2. Our team will provide you with a prepaid return label (where applicable).

3. Pack the unopened full-size item securely in the same shipping box you received it in, including all protective materials.

4. Ship the package back using the instructions provided.

5. Once inspected and approved, your refund will be processed.
    

5. Refunds

• Approved refunds will be issued to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.

• If your return does not meet our eligibility criteria, the item will be returned to you at your expense.
   

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a product that is damaged or incorrect:

• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos.

• We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund at no extra cost.
   

7. Cancellations

• Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase by contacting our customer care team, provided the order has not yet been shipped.

• Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled but may still be eligible for return under this Policy.

• Refunds for cancelled orders (before dispatch) will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
   

8. Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct product exchanges. If you wish to try another fragrance, please initiate a return (where eligible) and place a new order.
