  • In the event of pricing errors, we reserve the right to cancel or adjust orders before dispatch.
     

5. Orders & Contract Formation

  • Your order constitutes an offer to purchase.

  • A contract is formed only when you receive an order confirmation email from us.

  • We may refuse or cancel orders at our discretion, including for reasons such as stock unavailability, payment issues, or suspected fraudulent activity.
     

6. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are shipped within 1-2 working days of confirmation.

  • Delivery timelines may vary depending on location and logistics partners.

  • Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery of the product to the provided address.
     

7. Returns & Exchanges

  • We offer a risk-free trial policy: orders include a free sample of the selected fragrance where applicable. You may test the sample before opening the sealed full-size product.

  • If you are not satisfied, you may return the sealed product within 7 days of delivery for a full refund.

  • Returns are free of charge, provided the product is unused, sealed, and in its original packaging.

  • Exclusions: Arome des Bakhoor, Discovery Sets, 15 ml, and 2 ml sizes are non-returnable.
     

8. Promotions & Discounts

  • Promotional codes (e.g., MYDUO) are valid for a limited time and subject to conditions stated in the promotion.

  • Discounts cannot be combined with other offers unless explicitly stated.

  • We reserve the right to amend or withdraw promotions at any time without prior notice.
     

9. Intellectual Property

  • All content on this website, including trademarks, logos, images, product descriptions, and designs, are the exclusive property of Laboratoire de Bashashat.
