• We currently deliver to most major cities and serviceable pin codes across India.

• If your delivery location is not serviceable, our customer care team will contact you to arrange an alternative solution.

• Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days from the time of confirmation.

• During peak periods, festivals, or promotional sales, processing may take slightly longer.
   

3. Delivery Timelines

• Standard delivery within India usually takes 3–7 business days from dispatch, depending on your location.

• Remote or non-metro areas may require additional time.

• Delivery delays caused by courier partners, natural events, or government restrictions are beyond our control, but we will assist you in tracking your order.
   

4. Shipping Charges

• We offer free standard shipping on orders above INR 1250.

• Orders below the threshold may be subject to a flat delivery charge, which will be displayed at checkout.

• Any applicable charges will be communicated clearly before you confirm your order.
